At its 2018 Supplier Conference in Shanghai on May 30^th 2018, GE Power awarded LONGi Solar the title of “GE Power Partnership” in recognition of their excellence in co-operation in 2017.

Danny Di Perna, Vice President of Global Sourcing at GE Power, presented the award to Richard Fu, Vice President of LONGi Solar, which recognizes the cooperation with GE to provide customers with high-efficiency, high-reliability and high-yield PV modules.

GE Power is known for its stringent quality assurance. The company routinely audits the design and manufacturing, product quality, environmental protection, responsiveness and other project aspects, and requires a failure rate of less than 3.4 unit per million produced. This is a quality standard of 99.9997%. The “GE Power Partnership” award is recognition of LONGi Solar’s quality processes in the project cooperation.

GE Power partnered with LONGi Solar in 2017 on overseas markets projects in United States, Vietnam and India totaling more than 150MW, effectively boosting LONGi Solar’s visibility internationally.

Danny Di Perna stated that he highly appreciated LONGi Solar’s product reliability and responsive service and recognized the close cooperation between the two companies. He expressed the intention to deepen cooperation on upcoming projects in Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and other regions.
